Q: Do these products contain psilocybin / will they make me hallucinate?
A: Of course not. These mushrooms are not drugs, and are 100% legal. They do not contain any psilocybin and will not make you hallucinate.
Q: Is this legal to buy & use?
A: Yes. None of the functional mushrooms we use are on World Anti-Doping Agency’s (WADA) list and they are legal all across the globe. Functional mushrooms have been used for over 5000 years so it is very unlikely that they will ever make the list or become illegal. None of these mushrooms contain psychedelic properties.
Q: What if I have allergies?
A: Great question! Our products are considered vegan and ingredients used to manufacture the products do not contain gluten, wheat, soy, and are peanut-free. We do take steps to avoid those. This includes full cleanups of the areas and equipment used for our production before running our products. People with mushroom allergies should be extra cautious and talk to your healthcare provider before trying functional mushrooms if you have a mushroom allergy.
Individual allergic reactions are always possible when consuming something new. If you have any concerns, please consult your healthcare practitioner to develop a plan on how you can integrate functional mushrooms into your diet.
Q: When is the best time to consume mushrooms?
A: All day, every day! Every mushroom has a function and optimal time to consume. Everyone, however, is different, so what works for some people, may not work for you. The best way to truly know is to try it out for yourself!

- Lion’s Mane helps power on your brain, so try it in the morning or early afternoon.
- Reishi helps reset your sleep cycles so it’s best when you're unwinding or 1 hour before bed.
Q: What about mushrooms and pregnancy/nursing?
A: We recommend to consult your healthcare professional before consuming any of our products if you are pregnant or nursing.During pregnancy/nursing it is important to use caution and listen to your body when consuming strong natural herbs and mushrooms. This is the case when using any of these products. Unfortunately we cannot give any specific recommendations about which products to take.
